This stands for Public, Educational, and Government access.
In the beginning Andover Television only ran two channels, 11 being the educational station and 12 was public access.
In 1997 a government channel was added. Andover Television now operates:
Comcast channels - 8, 6 and 22
Verizon channels - 43, 45 and 47.
